Q: When can I expect my order to ship?

A:  All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after receiving payment. Typically, your order will arrive 2 – 3 days after it is shipped.

Q: What if I need to cancel an order?

A: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email info@kanari.us and we would be happy to cancel your order and refund your money. Please be advise that once an order has been confirmed and an email confirming your order has been sent, you will not be able to cancel your order. 

Q: What if I want to add to my order?

A: Please submit a second order. Email info@kanari.us to let us know and we will refund any unnecessary shipping charges.  

Q: What if I want to return an item?

Q: Where do you get your product formulas?

A: The founder of KANARI has studied clean ingredients, botanical herbs, essential oils and cosmetic chemistry for over 5 years (no formal certification) and the products are formulated based on her self taught knowledge. It’s quite normal for product formulas to go through 3-4 (sometimes more) versions before they are ready to be released. We strive to always put our best formulas on the market. 

Q: How are your products tested? Do you send them to a lab?

A: That’s what friends are for! But seriously, we test our products for consistency and results on ourselves, our families and volunteers at times. Our products are made with such safe ingredients that we feel comfortable jumping straight to human testing.

Q: Do you make your own products?

A: Yes! All of the KANARI Self Care skin and body care products are made at our facility in Los Angeles, CA. Our lifestyle products and clothing are sourced & manufactured in Los Angeles as well.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

Each of our products contain a product shelf life image  that represents how long the product will last 

Q: Are your products cruelty-free or plant-based?

A: Though we are not certified cruelty-free (yet), we never test on animals, ever. Our products are also clean and formulated with plant-based ingredients
